These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your engagement with Kumar Parc Residences, a residential project located at Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Pune. By accessing this website or making any inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Regulatory Compliance (MahaRERA)
Kumar Parc Residences is registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) under Registration No.: P52100032022. All project details, including sanctioned plans, approvals, and completion timelines, can be verified on the official MahaRERA website: https://maharera.maharashtra.gov.in/. Prospective buyers are advised to verify all project details on the RERA portal before making any booking or payment.
2. Project Information and Specifications
- The project offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK residential units. Carpet areas and layouts are indicative and subject to change as per the approved plans and the Agreement for Sale.
- Amenities including but not limited to sky bridge, fitness station, pool deck, and other recreational facilities are subject to final architectural approval and may be modified during construction.
- All specifications, dimensions, and finishes described are approximate and for reference only. Final specifications shall be as per the Agreement for Sale.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
- Prices mentioned (approximately ₹1.30 Cr onwards for 2 BHK and ₹1.80 Cr onwards for 3 BHK) are indicative and subject to change without prior notice.
- Final pricing will include applicable statutory taxes (GST, stamp duty, registration charges, etc.) and other fees as per government regulations.
- All bookings are subject to the terms of the Application Form and Agreement for Sale. The booking amount is non-refundable except as provided under RERA regulations.
4. Use of the Website and Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of the developer or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.
- You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any harmful or malicious code.
5. Accuracy of Information

The total liability, if any, shall be limited to the provisions of the Agreement for Sale and applicable RERA regulations.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by the buyer shall be governed by the terms of the Agreement for Sale and applicable RERA provisions.
- In case of cancellation by the developer due to non-payment or breach, the refund (if any) shall be processed as per the agreement terms.
- All refunds are subject to applicable deductions as per the agreement.
8. Force Majeure
The developer shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such delay arises from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the project shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra. Disputes may also be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or to the appropriate RERA authority as per statutory provisions.
